The Hat Factory scheme as it’s name suggests was the redevelopment of a site which was previously occupied by a large Hat Factory.
In consultation with the local authority’s planning officer and urban designer we developed in an architectural style respecting the proportions of the old Mills which have played such an important part in Stockport’s history.
